摘 要:目的:从胃肠功能和免疫功能研究参苓白术散对脾虚水湿不化模型大鼠的健脾功效。方法:采用高脂低蛋白加力竭游泳法复制脾虚水湿不化大鼠模型,检测模型大鼠体质量、血清TP、ALB、尿D-木糖、胃排空率、小肠推进率、免疫器官指数、血清免疫分子水平。结果:给药干预后,与模型对照组比较,参苓白术散组大鼠TP、ALB、尿D-木糖、胃排空率、小肠推进率显著升高(P<0.05,P<0.01);胸腺指数、血清IFN-γ、IL-2、IgG、IgA、C3含量显著升高(P<0.05,P<0.01),IL-4含量显著降低(P<0.01)。结论:参苓白术散对脾虚水湿不化模型大鼠的健脾功效可能与恢复其胃肠功能、Th1/Th2平衡、免疫球蛋白和补体水平有关。Objective:To explore the efficiency of ShenlingBaizhu Powder on tonifying spleenof model rats with TCM syndrome of dampness stagnancy due to spleen deficiency from gastrointestinal function and immunologic function.Methods:The rats with TCM syndrome of dampness stagnancy due to spleen deficiency were induced by high fat and low protein diet plus swimming exhaustion method.Body mass, serum TP, ALB, urinary D-xylose, gastric empty rate, small intestine propelling rate, immune organ index, immune molecules in serum were taken as indexes to evaluate the effect of shenlingbaizhu powder.Results:Compared with model group, serum protein, urinary D-xylose, gastric empty rate and small intestine propelling ratein ShenlingBaizhu Powder Group were significantly improved(P<0.05, P<0.01).The thymus index,IFN-γ,IL-2,IgG,IgA and C3 in ShenlingBaizhu Powder group were significantly increased(P<0.05, P<0.01), while IL-4 was decreased significantly(P<0.01).Conclusion:The efficiency of ShenlingBaizhu Powder on tonifying spleen of model rats with TCM syndrome of dampness stagnancy due to spleen deficiency may be related to the adjustment of gastrointestinal function, balancing state between Th1 cell and Th2 cell and the improvement the level of immunoglobulin and complement.
