益气养阴、凉血散瘀法防治放射性肺炎的临床经验

摘　　要：吴勉华教授在继承国医大师周仲瑛的"癌毒""瘀热"理论基础之上,根据多年临床经验,提出放射性肺炎的中医病机为气阴两伤、瘀热相搏,当以益气养阴、凉血散瘀为治疗法则。同时强调治未病的思想,在放疗伊始就配合中药治疗可减毒增效,提前预防和减轻放疗不良反应的发生,提高患者生存质量。Professor WU Mianhua inherited the theory of "cancer poisoning" and "dispelling fever" based on ZHOU Zhongying, the master of traditional Chinese medicine.Based on his accumulated rich clinical experience, he proposed that the pathogenesis of radiation pneumonia is deficiency of Qi and Yin, blood stasis, and it should be nourishing Qi and Yin, cooling blood and dispersing stasis for the treatment law.At the same time, emphasis on the idea of treating undiagnosed diseases will reduce toxicity and increase efficiency, prevent and reduce the occurrence of side effects of radiotherapy,and improve the quality of life of patients at the beginning of radiotherapy with traditional Chinese medicine treatment.
