桑白皮水煎总提物及拆分组分对肾阴虚水肿模型大鼠的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究桑白皮水煎总提物及拆分组分对肾阴虚水肿模型的影响,为桑白皮的药性研究提供参考。方法:采用尾静脉注射阿霉素结合甲状腺片灌胃法建立大鼠肾阴虚水肿模型,造模结束后灌胃给予桑白皮水煎总提物及各拆分组分4周,检测血清环磷酸腺苷(cAMP)、环磷酸鸟苷(cGMP)、睾酮(T)、雌二醇(E_2)、三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T_3)、甲状腺素(T_4)、肌酐(Cr)、尿素氮(BUN)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)及尿蛋白等指标,考察桑白皮水煎总提物及各拆分组分对肾阴虚水肿模型大鼠的影响。结果:桑白皮水煎总提物、桑白皮多糖拆分组分和脂肪油拆分组分能显著降低血清cAMP、E_2、T_3、T_4、Cr、BUN、TG、TC及尿蛋白水平(P<0.05或P<0.01),升高血清cGMP、T的水平(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:中医临床认为,气为阳,血为阴,阴虚生内热,阳虚生外寒,而肾阴虚水肿病症本在肾,标在肺。桑白皮水煎总提物及其拆分组分能显著改善肾阴虚水肿模型大鼠的病理状况,提示这可能与桑白皮"味甘,性寒,归肺经""泻肺平喘,利水消肿""补虚"的性能功效有关。Objective: To research the effects of Mori Cortex total extract and chemical components on the rats with kidney Yin deficiency edema as to provide the basis reference for Mori Cortex.Methods: Tail intravenous injection of adriamycin combined with thyroid lavage method was used to establish the kidney Yin deficiency edema model.After completing the model, the Mori Cortex total extract and chemical components were given for 4 weeks.We detected the serum cAMP, cGMP, T, E2, T3, T4, Cr, BUN, TG, TC and urine protein to explore the effects of Mori Cortex on kidney Yin deficiency edema.Results: After administration, Mori Cortex total extract, polysaccharide and fatty oil components can reduce the levels of serum cAMP, E2, T3, T4, Cr, BUN, TG, TC and urine protein(P<0.05 or P<0.01)and increase the serum cGMP and T(P<0.05orP<0.01).Conclusion: Traditional Chinese medicine thinks that Qi belongs to Yang and blood to Yin;Yin deficiency can cause internal heat and Yang deficiency external cold and kidney Yin deficiency edema disease locates in the kidney, marked in the lungs.Mori Cortex total extract and chemical components can remarkably improve the pathological condition of the rats with kidney Yin deficiency edema, which suggests that this may be related to sweet taste,cold nature,belonging to lung meridian,diarrhea-relieving and swelling and tonic functions.
