复方玄驹胶囊联合针刺治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎的临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨复方玄驹胶囊联合针刺治疗对慢性非细菌性前列腺炎患者血清炎症因子的影响。方法:慢性非细菌性前列腺炎患者150例随机分成两组,各75例。对照组:应用盐酸坦索罗辛缓释胶囊治疗。观察组:接受盐酸坦索罗辛缓释胶囊治疗的同时,口服复方玄驹胶囊,并给予针刺治疗。结果:观察组总有效率82.67%高于对照组总有效率64.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗4周后,观察组MFR(18.42±2.61)mL/s高于对照组MFR(15.03±2.45)mL/s,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗4周后,观察组RVU(6.45±1.93)mL低于对照组RVU(10.31±2.54)mL,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗后,观察组前列腺液中白细胞计数低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗4周后,观察组患者NIH-CPSI量表的疼痛或不适症状(6.05±1.34)分、生活质量(3.35±0.95)分、排尿症状(3.21±0.87)分都低于对照组患者NIH-CPSI量表的疼痛或不适症状(9.37±1.55)分、生活质量(4.68±1.23)分、排尿症状(4.47±1.42)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗4周后,观察组患者血清IL-1β(54.63±17.68)ng/L、IL-2(90.61±20.95)ng/L、IL-10(3.17±1.16)ng/L都低于对照组患者血清IL-1β(67.78±18.23)ng/L、IL-2(99.32±22.26)ng/L、IL-10(3.85±1.32)ng/L,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:复方玄驹胶囊联合针刺治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎疗效确切,可以有改善患者的血清炎症因子水平。Objective:To investigate the efficacy of Fufang Xuanju Capsule combined with acupuncture treatment on serum inflammatory factors in patients with chronic non bacterial prostatitis.Method:Totally 150 cases of chronic non bacterial prostatitis patients were randomly divided into two groups,each 75 cases.The control group used Tamsulosin Hydrochloride Sustained Release Capsules.The observation group used Tamsulosin Hydrochloride Sustained Release Capsules,oral Fufang Xuanju Capsule,and were given acupuncture treatment.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was 64% which was higher than that of control group(82.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).After 4 weeks treatment,the observation group's MFR(18.42±2.61)mL/s was higher than the control group's(15.03 ±2.45)mL/s and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).After 4 weeks treatment,the observation group's RVU(6.45±1.93)mL was lower than the control group's(10.31±2.54)mL,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).After treatment,white blood cell count in the observation group was lower than that in the control group and the difference was statistically significantP<0.01).After 4 weeks treatment, pain or discomfort(6.05±1.34), quality of life(3.35±0.95), voiding symptoms(3.21±0.87)points in NIH-CPSI scale in the observation group were lower than than the control group's pain or discomfort(9.37±1.55),quality of life(4.68±1.23),voiding symptoms(4.47±1.42)and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).After 4 weeks treatment,serum IL-1 beta(54.63±17.68)ng/L, IL-2(90.61±20.95)ng/L and IL-10(3.17±1.16)ng/L in the observation group were lower than the control group's IL-1 beta(67.78±18.23)ng/L, IL-2(99.32±22.26)ng/L, IL-10(3.85±1.32)ng/L, and all the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:Fufang Xuanju Capsule combined with acupuncture has definite effect on the treatment of chronic non bacterial prostatitis and can improve the levels of serum inflammatory fac
