宣肺止咳汤治疗小儿支原体性支气管炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察口服中药宣肺止咳汤治疗小儿支原体性支气管炎的临床疗效。方法:将就诊于医院儿科的68例支原体性支气管炎患儿随机分为治疗组与对照组两组,每组各34例。对照组口服西药阿奇霉素(希舒美)治疗,共服2个疗程。治疗组口服中药汤剂宣肺止咳汤。两组治疗疗程以7 d为1个疗程,分别治疗2个疗程后观察临床疗效。结果:两组临床总有效率比较,治疗组总有效率为94.1%,对照组总有效率为70.6%,两组相比,有统计学差异,P<0.05。两组平均热退时间及平均咳嗽消失时间比较差异明显,治疗组优于对照组,P<0.05。两组治疗前后症状积分变化比较差异显著,治疗组优于对照组,P<0.05。结论:口服中药宣肺止咳汤治疗小儿支原体性支气管炎可以明显提高临床疗效,有效改善临床症状,安全可靠,不良反应小,值得临床推广应用。Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of oral Chinese herbal medicine Xuanfei Zhike Decoction in the treatment of mycoplasma bronchitis in children.Methods: Sixty-eight cases of mycoplasma bronchitis in our hospital were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 34 cases in each group.The control group received western medicine azithromycin(Xishumei)treatment, a total of two courses of treatment.The treatment group was treated with self-made Chinese medicine decoction.The two groups were treated for 7 days as a course of treatment, and the clinical efficacy was observed after 2 courses of treatment respectively.Results: The total effective rate of the two groups was compared.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.1%, and that of the control group was 70.6%.There were significant differences between the two groups, P<0.05.The average heat retreat time and average cough disappearance time of the two groups were significantly different.The treatment group's was better than that of the control group, P<0.05.The difference of symptom scores between the two groups before and after treatment was significantly different.The treatment group's was better than that of the control group, P<0.05.Conclusion: Oral Chinese medicine Xuanfei Zhike Decoction in the treatment of children with mycoplasma bronchitis can significantly improve the clinical efficacy, improve clinical symptoms.It is safe and reliable, with less side effects.It is worthy of clinical application.
