扶正化痰活血方对压力超负荷致舒张性心力衰竭疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:研究分析扶正化痰活血方对压力超负荷致舒张性心力衰竭患者的临床疗效。方法:选择因压力超负荷所致的舒张性心力衰竭患者128例作为研究对象,入组患者均符合1998年欧洲心脏病协会制定的关于舒张性心力衰竭的诊疗标准,根据随机数表法将患者分为观察组及对照组,对照组患者行常规西医治疗,观察组患者在此基础上联合扶正化痰活血方治疗,观察两组患者治疗效果。结果:两组患者经治疗后心悸、头晕乏力、浮肿尿少、气促胸闷、口唇紫黯等临床症状均得到一定改善,且观察组改善效果更佳(均P<0.05),观察组患者治疗有效率为95.24%,对照组为76.92%(P<0.05),观察组患者6 min步行距离(319.48±45.33)m,对照组为(279.18±39.84)m(P<0.05)。两组患者LVEF、LVESD、LVEDD比较分别(68.49±8.55 vs 55.98±8.12)、(44.17±2.67 vs 55.24±4.01)、(39.58±2.74 vs 47.29±3.77)(均P<0.05)。结论:扶正化痰活血方对压力超负荷致舒张性心力衰竭的治疗效果明显,患者临床症状及心功能得到明显改善,治疗方案值得临床推广实施。Objectives:To study the clinical effect of Fuzheng Huatan Huoxue Recipe on patients with diastolic heart failure under pressure overload.Methods: 128 patients with diastolic heart failure due to pressure overload were selected as the research objects.All the patients in the study group met the diagnostic and therapeutic standards on diastolic heart failure of the European Association of Heart Diseases in 1998.The patients in were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine.The observationg group added Fuzheng Huatan Huoxue Recipe.Results: Clinical symptoms such as palpitations, dizziness, weakness, edema, shortness of breath and darkness of the lips were all improved in both groups after treatment, and the improvement in the observation group was better(all P<0.05).The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.24% in the observation group and 76.92% in the control group(P<0.05).The walking distance in the observation group was(319.48±45.33)m in 6 min and(279.18±39.84)m in the control group(P<0.05).The LVEF, LVESD and LVEDD in the two groups were(68.49±8.55)vs(55.98±8.12),(44.17±2.67)vs(55.24±4.01),(39.58±2.74)vs(47.29±3.77)(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Fuzheng Huatan Huoxue Recipe has obvious curative effect on diastolic heart failure caused by pressure overload.Clinical symptoms and cardiac function have been significantly improved, and the treatment plan deserves clinical promotion and implementation.
