补阳还五汤辅助针灸治疗对中风神经功能的影响研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨补阳还五汤辅助针灸治疗中风对患者神经功能影响性。方法:选取医院2014年—2016年收治的216例中风患者作为研究对象,按入组先后顺序平均分成两组,每组108例,对照组常规西医治疗,研究组在对照组基础上加用补阳还五汤辅助针灸治疗,观察不同方法治疗后在疗效、神经功能等指标影响性。结果:治疗后,两组NIHSS评分显著降低,Fugl-Meyer显著升高(P<0.05);研究组治疗后NIHSS、Fugl-Meyer评分显著优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组生理、心理、独立性、社会、环境评分均显著升高(P<0.05),研究组治疗后以上评分显著优于对照组(P<0.05);疗效上,研究组基本痊愈率30.56%、总有效率84.26%,显著高于对照组的22.22%、73.15%(P<0.05);治疗后两组血浆黏度、全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、血小板聚集率均显著下降(P<0.05),治疗后研究组血小板聚集率显著优于对照组(P<0.05),余均无显著差异性(P>0.05)。结论:补阳还五汤辅助针灸治疗中风能改善神经功能,提高疗效,改善生存质量。Objective: To investigate the effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction in the treatment of stroke on the nerve function of the patients.Methods: A total of 216 cases of stroke patients in our hospital from 2014-2016 were as the research objects, and according to the order were divided into 2 groups, 108 cases in each group.The control group used conventional western medicine treatment.The research group additionally used Buyang Huanwu Decoction and acupunture.We observed different treatments' curative effect and nerve function effect.Results: After treatment, two groups' NIHSS score decreased significantly and Fugl-Meyer increased significantly(P<0.05).NIHSS and Fugl-Meyer score of the study group after treatment were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The two groups' physiological and psychological, independence, social and environmental scores after treatment were significantly increased(P<0.05).The above scores of the research group after treatment were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The curative effect of the study group was 30.56% and the total efficiency 84.26%, significantly higher than the control group's 22.22% and 73.15%(P<0.05).The two groups' plasma viscosity, whole blood viscosity, blood viscosity and platelet aggregation rate after treatment decreased significantly(P<0.05)and the research group's rate of platelet aggregation was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05), but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion: Buyang Huanwu Decoction in the treatment of stroke can improve the function of nerve, the curative effect and the quality of life.
