摘  要:目的:采用Box-Behnken响应面法优化超声水提取五味子花色苷的最佳工艺条件。方法:以北五味子为原料,基于单因素试验结果,选取料液比、提取时间和提取温度为自变量,以提取液的吸光度值A为响应值,采用Box-Behnken响应面法对五味子花色苷的超声水提工艺条件进行优化。结果:五味子花色苷的最佳超声水提工艺条件为:超声功率200W,料液比1:22,超声时间87min,超声温度57℃,在此条件下五味子花色苷水提液的吸光度为0.7782,与模型预测值接近。结论:该优化工艺稳定可靠,可用于五味子花色苷的提取。Objective:The ultrasonic-assisted extraction technique with water bath of anthocyanins from Schisandra chinensis was optimized by Box-Behnken design(BBD). Methods:Based on single factor experiments,put the ratio of raw material to liquid,ultrasonic time,ultrasonic temperature as independent variable,and the absorbance value of the aqueous extract of anthocyanins as the response value,analyzed the factors and their interaction in the process of ultrasonic extraction,then discussed their influence on the yield of anthocyanins. Results:The optimum ultrasonic-assisted extraction conditions were as follow:ultrasonic power 200 W,the ratio of raw material to liquid was 1:22(g:mL),ultrasonic time was 87 min,and ultrasonic temperature was 57 ℃. Under the optimum extraction technology conditions,the absorbance value was 0.7782,closed to the predictive value of the model. Conclusion:The optimization process is stable and reliable for the extraction process of anthocyanins from Schisandra chinensis.
