摘　　要：目的:探讨黄连温胆汤对代谢综合征患者凝血功能(PT、APTT、FIB、TT)、β-血小板球蛋白(β-TG)、纤溶酶原激活物抑制因子-1(PAI-1)的影响。方法:遴选2017年9月-2017年12月符合代谢综合征(Metabolic Syndrome,MS)诊断标准的黑龙江中医药大学第一附属医院心血管一科住院患者60例。按患者自愿原则将其均分为对照组和治疗组,对照组采取西医经典降糖、降脂治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加服黄连温胆汤,用药12周后,检测各项指标并进行对比分析。结果:用药12周后,治疗组FIB、β-TG两项指标明显降低,PAI-1显著上升,和对照组比较差异性显著(均P<0.05)。结论:黄连温胆汤可以改善代谢综合征患者的凝血功能,降低血小板释放活性,减轻患者体内氧化应激反应,一定程度上抑制了血栓的形成。Objective:To investigate the effect of Huanglian Wendan Decoction on coagulation function(PT,APTT,FIB,TT),β-plateloglobulin(β-TG)and plasminogen activator inhibitor-1(PAI-1)of metabolic syndrome patients. Methods:A total of 60 hospitalized patients in the first affiliated hospital of Heilongjiang university of Chinese medicine from September 2017 to December 2017,who met the diagnostic criteria of MS were selected. According to the voluntary principle,the patients were divided into the control group and the treatment group. The control group took the classic Western medicine to reduce blood sugar and lipid lowering treatment. The treatment group took Huanglian Wendan Decoction on the basis of the control group. After 12 weeks,the indexes were compared and analyzed. Results:After 12 weeks of treatment,the two indexes of FIB and β-TG in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group,PAI-1 increased significantly compared with the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Huanglian Wendan Decoction can improve the coagulation function of metabolic syndrome patients,reduce the activity of platelet release and alleviate the oxidative stress reaction in the patient's body,and inhibit the formation of thrombus to some extent.
