摘　　要：随着妇产技术的逐步提高,早产儿、低出生体质量儿等新生儿存活率逐年提升,喂养不耐受(Feeding Intolerance,FI)成为新生儿生长受限、发育迟缓的首要问题,如何合理解决其喂养问题,是提高早产儿、低出生体质量儿等新生儿存活率及生存质量的关键。目前西医学多采用胃肠动力药及肠道菌群调节剂治疗,方式单一,药物剂量难以控制,而近些年研究显示,中医药手段干预FI临床疗效较为显著,该文对中医药治疗FI的研究现状进行综述,探讨分析其病因病机、证治分型、临床用药等,挖掘其中医药治疗优势,拓展中医药治疗FI新思路,为FI的中医药治疗与研究提供参考和奠定基础。With the gradual improvement of obstetrics and gynecology,the survival rate of premature babies,low birth weight infants and other newborns has increased year by year. Feeding Intolerance(FI)is the primary problem of growth retardation in newborns and how to solve the problem of feeding properly is the key to improve the survival rate and the quality of the newborns. At present,Western medicine usually used the single method of gastrointestinal motility drugs and intestinal flora modulators to treat FI,which the dosage of drugs is difficult to control. In recent years,research have shown that the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine in the intervention of FI is more significant. In this paper,the research status of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of FI is reviewed,and its etiology,pathogenesis,syndrome classification and clinical medication are discussed. This paper excavates the advantages of traditional Chinese medical treatment,expands the new thought of Chinese medicine treatment FI,and provides the reference and foundation for the treatment and research of traditional Chinese medicine of FI.
