医护一体化护理模式在预防老年髋部骨折术后深静脉血栓中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨医护一体化护理模式在预防老年髋部骨折术后深静脉血栓中的应用效果。方法:选取2017年1月-2017年12月我院收治的老年髋部骨折手术的老年患者80例。随机将其分为2组,对照组采用老年髋部术后一般治疗方法,观察组采用老年髋部术后医护一体化护理方法。对比2组老年患者深静脉血栓发生率及对护理服务满意程度。结果:观察组患者护理后各个时间点深静脉血栓发生情况显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者护理满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:老年髋部骨折术后的治疗过程当中,采用医护一体化护理模式可以有效降低深静脉血栓发生概率,促进良好的医患关系,临床上应当进一步推广应用。Objective:To explore the effect of integrated nursing care mode in preventing deep vein thrombosis after hip fracture in elderly patients.Methods :80 elderly patients undergoing hip fracture surgery in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2017 were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received general treatment after hip surgery.The elderly in the study group received integrated nursing care after hip surgery.The incidence of deep vein thrombosis and satisfaction with nursing services in two groups of elderly patients were compared.Re.suits:The incidence of deep venous thrombosis at all time points in the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.05 ),and the satisfaction of the patients in the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05).Conclusion:The medical and nursing integrated nursing mode can effectively reduce the probability of deep venous thrombosis and promote the good relationship between doctors and patients,and should be further promoted and applied in the treatment of the elderly hip fracture after the operation.
