超声下股神经-股外侧皮神经联合阻滞麻醉在髌骨骨折手术中的应用价值研究

摘　　要：目的:观察超声引导下髌骨骨折术中采用股神经-股外侧皮神经联合阻滞麻醉效果,评价其价值。方法:取2016年4月-2017年8月我院收治的45例髌骨骨折患者,分为对照组20例与观察组25例,对照组实施硬膜外麻醉,观察组患者接受超声下股神经-股外侧皮神经阻滞麻醉,对比2组患者麻醉效果。结果:2组病例在麻醉后5、10、20分钟的MBP经比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),HR差异不显著(P>0.05);2组病例麻醉起效时间、麻醉持续时间、不良反应发生率经比较,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:髌骨骨折术中在超声引导下进行股神经-股外侧皮神经联合阻滞麻醉,效果优良。Objective:To observe the effect of combined femoral nerve and lateral femoral cutaneous nerve block under the guidance of ultrasound-guided patella fracture and evaluate its value.Methods:45 cases of patellar fracture treated in our hospital in April 2016~2017 August were divided into 20 cases in the control group and 25 in the observation group.The control group was treated with epidural anesthesia,and the patients in the observation group were anesthetized by the femoral nerve to the lateral femoral cutaneous nerve block,and the anesthetic effect of the two groups was compared.Results:the two groups of cases of 5,10,20 min after anesthesia were compared,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the difference in HR was not signifieant(P>0.05).The onset time of anesthesia,duration of anesthesia and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared in the two groups,and the difference of the data was statistieally significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:during the operation of patella fracture,the femoral nerve lateral femoral cutaneous nerve bloek anesthesia was effective under the guidance of ultrasound.
