四元家蚕新品种“太湖×玉州”的选育

摘　　要：采用杂交育种、定向选育、重离子辐射等选育手段,育成了四元家蚕新品种"太湖×玉州"。据2014、2015年浙江省蚕品种实验室鉴定:四龄起蚕虫蛹率为96.52%,比对照种略低;万头产茧层量4.038 kg,比对照种高0.308 kg;解舒丝长952 m,比对照种长82 m;净度94.92分,比对照种高0.6分,达到浙江省蚕品种实验室鉴定各项指标的要求。据2016、2017年浙江省蚕新品种农村生产鉴定:张种产茧量51.87 kg,张种产值2088元,比对照种分别提高2.88 kg、127元;健蛹率95.69%,比对照种高0.36%。据缫丝试样调查,一茧丝长1051 m、解舒丝长771 m、干茧出丝率33.52%、净度94.63分,与对照种比,分别长87 m、长117 m、高2.06个百分点、高0.89个百分点,达到浙江省家蚕品种生产鉴定各项指标的要求。A new four-way silkworm hybrid "Taihu × Yuzhou" was developed by means of cross breeding, original seed directional selection and heavy ion irradiation. According to the laboratory identification of silkworm new varieties in Zhejiang Province in 2014 and 2015: the larvae-pupae rate upon the fourth instar was 96.52%, which was slightly lower than that of the control species;the cocoon production per ten thousand larvaewas 4.038 kg, which was 0.308 kg higher than that of the control species;the unbroken silk length is 952 m, which was 82 m longer than the control species;the cleanness was 94.92 points, which was 0.6 points higher than the control species, therefore it meets the requirements for laboratory identification of silkworm new varieties in Zhejiang Province. According to the evaluation of commercial cocoon production of new silkworm varieties in Zhejiang Province in 2016 and 2017: the cocoon production per box of eggs was 51.87 kg, output value per box of eggs was 2088 RMB, which were 2.88 kg and 127 yuan higher than the control species;the health pupa rate was 95.69%, which was 0.36 higher than the control species. According to the reeling test of silk samples, the silk length is 1051 m, the unbroken silk length is 771 m, the raw silk rate is 33.52%, and the cleanness is 94.63 points, that is,the new hybrid is 87 m longer, 117 m longer, 2.06% higher,and 0.89% higher respectively if compared with the control species. The new hybrid meets the requirements for the identification of new silkworm varieties in commercial production in Zhejiang Province.
