生产性服务进口对中国装备制造业技术创新效率的影响研究

摘　　要：通过梳理生产性服务进口对装备制造业技术创新的理论,利用2003年～2015年中国投入产出表和UNCTAD数据库,分别从服务贸易总体和分部门层面,实证检验生产性服务进口对中国装备制造业技术创新效率的影响。结果表明:生产性服务进口能够显著提升中国装备制造业的技术创新效率,生产性服务进口每增加1%,装备制造业技术创新效率提升0.354%;具有较高技术含量的诸如金融保险、科技专利、通讯信息等新兴服务贸易进口的提升作用要强于技术含量较低的诸如交通运输等传统服务贸易进口;此外,行业规模扩张、资本深化以及研发支出结构改善均有利于我国装备制造业技术创新效率的提升。By combing the theory of productive service import to equipment manufacturing industrial technological innovation, this paper uses input/output table from 2003 to 2015 and UNCTAD database, empirically tests the impact of productive service import on Chinese equipment manufacturing industry technological innovation efficiency from the whole service trade and division level, respectively. The results reveal that: the productive service import can significantly improve the technological innovation efficiency of Chinese equipment manufacturing industry, and when the productive service import increases by 1%, the technological innovation efficiency of equipment manufacturing industry increased by 0.354%;the promoting effect of financing insurance, scientific patents, communication information with higher technical content is stronger than that of transportation and other traditional service trade import;Besides, the industrial scale enlargement, capital deepening and R&D expense structural improvement will be beneficial to the improvement of the technological innovation efficiency of Chinese equipment manufacturing industry.
