摘　　要：物流渠道的管理模式是跨境出口商品实现在不同国境间流通的有效保证,直接影响跨境出口商品零售贸易的工作效率。从跨境出口商品零售贸易物流渠道管理的现状和问题出发,梳理分析其管理模式和问题,提出模式创新的路径,建立全方位综合管理体系,构建跨境电商多方资源共享系统,实现资源的有效流动,满足各资源共建共享方对资源的延伸需求和有效供给,实现我国跨境出口商品零售贸易物流渠道共享管理的系统化集约化和各资源共享参与方的资源利用价值最大化,为跨境出口商品零售贸易的物流发展对策提供理论基础。The management mode of logistics channel is the effective guarantee for the circulation of cross-border exported commodities among different national borders,and it directly impacts the working efficiency of the retail trade of cross-border exported commodities. This paper starts from the status quo and issue of logistics channel management of retail trade of cross-border exported commodities,combs and analyzes the management mode and problems,and puts forward mode-innovative path to build full round comprehensive management system,build cross-border e-commerce multiple resource sharing system,realize the effective circulation of resources,satisfy the extended demand and effective supply of resource co-building sharing parties,accomplish the systematization and intensification of the sharing management of logistics channel of retail trade of cross-border exported commodities of China and maximization of resource utilization value of resource sharing parties,which has provided theory basis for the logistics development countermeasure of retail trade of cross-border exported commodities.
