摘 要:以铅熔块、ZnO、MnO_2、NH_4VO_3、钾长石、石英、高岭土为主要原料制备建筑陶瓷装饰用虹彩釉。采用正交实验法、单因素实验法,研究了配方组成及工艺因素对釉面效果的影响。实验结果表明:在配方组成为53wt.%铅熔块、5wt.%ZnO、8wt.%NH_4VO_3、12wt.%MnO_2、5wt.%高岭土、5wt.%石英、12wt.%钾长石,且工艺参数中施釉厚度0.6 mm、烧成温度1200℃、析晶保温温度860℃、保温时间15 min时,釉面效果最佳,可产生出金、红、黄、棕、绿等颜色的渐变。In the experiment,iridescent glaze was prepared,using lead melt,ZnO,MnO2,NH4VO3,potassium feldspar,quartz,kaolin etc.as raw materials.By means of orthogonal experiments and single factor experiments,the influence of formula composition and process factors on the iridescent effects was studied.The experiment results showed that,when the formula was composed of 53 wt.% lead melt,5wt.% ZnO,8wt.% NH4VO3,12 wt.% MnO2,5wt.% kaolin,5wt.% quartz and 12 wt.% potassium feldspar,and the process factors were the glaze thickness 0.6 mm,the firing temperature 1200 ℃,the holding temperature 860 ℃,and the holding time 15 min,the glaze had the best appearance with its color gradually changing from golden to red,yellow,brown and green.
