摘 要:为了得到成本低、电催化活性高和稳定性强的锌电积用钛基二氧化铅电极,本文以聚苯胺热解碳氮(CN)作为钛基锡锑氧化物中间层的掺杂剂,继而沉积制备得到Ti/CN-SnO_2-Sb2O3/α-PbO_2-ZrO_2/β-PbO_2-TiO_2(Ti/CNPbO_2)电极.用SEM、EDS对掺杂碳氮的锡锑氧化物层和Ti/CN-PbO_2电极进行表面形貌观测和元素分析,采用循环伏安,阳极极化曲线和交流阻抗分析掺杂CN的锡锑氧化物层对Ti/CN-PbO_2活性层电化学性能的影响,在30℃,150 g/L硫酸,50 g/L Zn2+电解液中进行电极强化寿命实验.结果表明,在锡锑氧化物的烧结过程中掺杂一定量的聚苯胺后,能够减轻氧化物层的龟裂现象,同时使得Ti/CN-PbO_2电极表现出更好的电催化活性,Ti/CN-PbO_2电极的加速寿命为925 h,为未掺杂CN的Ti/SnO_2-Sb2O3/α-PbO_2-ZrO_2/β-PbO_2-TiO_2(Ti/PbO_2)电极的2. 5倍.In order to obtain a titanium-based lead dioxide electrode with low-cost,high electrocatalytic activity and good stability in zinc electrowinning,polyaniline pyrolytic carbon-nitrogen( CN) was wsed as a dopant for titanium-based tin-antimony oxide interlayer and the deposition of lead dioxide electrode was then conducted on the interlayer to achieve Ti/CN-SnO2-Sb2O3/α-PbO2-ZrO2/β-PbO2-TiO2( Ti/CN-PbO2) electrode. The surface morphology and chemical element of CN doped tin-antimony oxide layer and Ti/CN-PbO2 electrode were analyzed by SEM and EDS. Electrochemical tests including cyclic voltammetry,anodic polarization curve and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy were employed to analyze the influence of the CN dopant on the electrochemical performance of Ti/CN-PbO2. Accelerated service life test was conducted at 30 ℃,150 g/L H2SO4,50 g/L Zn^2+for the above electrodes. The results showed that CN dopant can reduce the phenomenon of cracks in the oxide layer after doping a certain amount of polyaniline during the sintering process of tin-antimony oxide, and the Ti/CN-PbO2 electrode showed better electrocatalytic activity. The accelerated life of Ti/CN-PbO2 was 925 h,which is 2. 5 times that of Ti/SnO2-Sb2O3/α-PbO2-ZrO2/β-PbO2-TiO2( Ti/PbO2) electrode undoped with CN.
