亮菌甲素注射剂对血管刺激和肌肉刺激的实验研究

摘　　要：通过家兔的肌肉刺激、血管刺激试验,研究亮菌甲素注射液和注射用亮菌甲素的局部用药安全性。在家兔肌肉刺激实验中,采用家兔股四头肌注射供试品,观察亮菌甲素注射液和注射用亮菌甲素对注射局部肌肉的刺激性;在家兔血管刺激实验中,采用家兔耳缘静脉注射供试品,观察亮菌甲素注射液和注射用亮菌甲素对血管的刺激作用。家兔股四头肌注射亮菌甲素注射液,发现给药部位中度充血,伴有肌肉变性,停药14 d后刺激反应消失。而注射用亮菌甲素引起给药部位轻度充血。家兔耳缘静脉注射亮菌甲素注射液,血管轻度充血;注射注射用亮菌甲素,血管未见充血。亮菌甲素注射液对肌肉有潜在的刺激风险,对血管有轻微刺激;注射用亮菌甲素对肌肉和血管均无刺激反应。To evaluate the safety of Armillarisin A injection and Armillarisin A for injections in rabbits,the venous vascular and muscular stimulation tests were observed. In the muscular stimulation test,the left quadriceps muscles of rabbits were injected with the Armillarisin A injection and Armillarisin A for injections to observe the irritating effect of the local muscle,and the right quadriceps muscles were injected with saline as a control. Analogously,in the vein stimulation test,rabbits were injected with the Armillarisin A injection and Armillarisin A for injections by venipuncture on the left ear edge,and saline was injected by venipuncture on the right ear edge as a control. In the muscular stimulation test,a single injection of Armillarisin A injection in the quadriceps muscles of rabbits caused a stimulating reaction at the injection site,the site of administration was moderately or severely hyperemic with muscle degeneration,and the stimulation reaction disappeared after 14 days of the withdrawal. Only slightly hyperemia at the site of administration was observed after a single injection of Armillarisin A for injections,which indicated that Armillarisin A for injections might be milder than Armillarisin A injection. In the vein stimulation test,the blood vessels of rabbits’ ear edge were mild hyperemic after administrated of Armillarisin A for injections intravenously;however,no blood vessel congestions were seen on the ear edge of rabbits after intravenous injection of Armillarisin A for injections. The results were consistent with those of muscular stimulation test.Armillarisin A injection has a potential stimulating response to muscles and a slight stimulation to blood vessels. Whereas,there was no stimulation to muscles and ear vein of rabbits after Armillarisin A for injections treatment. According to the author’s study,Armillarisin A for injections was safer than Armillarisin A injection,and Armillarisin A injection tended to have a risk of muscular stimulation,which was worth further exploration.
