HPLC法同时测定三九胃泰颗粒中芍药苷、黄芩苷的含量

摘　　要：建立同时测定三九胃泰颗粒中芍药苷和黄芩苷的含量的方法。采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Kromasil 100-5-C18(4. 6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0. 1%磷酸(20∶80),体积流量为1. 0 m L/min,柱温为30℃,检测波长为245 nm。芍药苷和黄芩苷的质量浓度分别在0. 023～0. 069 mg/m L、0. 074～0. 223 mg/m L范围内呈线性良好关系,回归方程分别为y=2E-07x-0. 000 9(r=0. 999 6,n=5)、y=7E-08x+0. 001 7(r=0. 999 8,n=5),平均加样回收率分别为97. 33%和97. 74%,RSD均小于1. 5%,3批样品中芍药苷、黄芩苷的平均含量均分别不低于0. 96和2. 4 mg/g。该方法简捷,灵敏度高,专属性强,且操作简便,可用于三九胃泰颗粒的质量控制。To establish a new method for simultaneous determinating the content of paeoniflorin and baicalin in Sanjiuweitai Granules by HPLC,the determination was performed on Shimadzu Kromasil 100-5-C18( 4. 6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm) column with mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0. 1% phosphoric acid at the flow rate of 1. 0 m L/min. The detection wavelength was set at 245 nm and column temperature was 30 °C. The linear ranges were 0. 023 ~ 0. 069 mg/m L for paeoniflorin and 0. 074 ~ 0. 223 mg/m L for baicalin( both r = 0. 999 8,n = 5). Average recoveries of them were 97. 33%( RSD = 1. 319%,n = 6) and 97. 74%( RSD = 1. 197%,n = 6),respectively. The average contents of them were not less than 0. 96 mg/g and 2. 4 mg/g in 3 batches of samples. The method is proved to be simple,rapid,accurate,sensitive and specific,and can be used for the quality control of Sanjiuweitai granules.
