摘　　要：介绍了更换落地式多绳摩擦轮提升机天轮的施工工艺,制定了详细的施工方案和安全技术措施,创新运用了组合钢梁与楔形锁绳器固定平衡锤侧钢丝绳的施工方法,与传统施工工艺相比,具有省时、省力、安全系数高等优点,有一定的适用性和推广价值。Describes a new technology about replacing head sheave of multirope friction winder.This technology of creative points are using steel,construction and wedge-shape rope locker in sheave replacement.It used new kind of rope locker to lock the balance ropes with fully procedure solution and safety measurement.It is time-saving cost-saving labour-saving and safety new technology.It is applicable for all multirope frictioin winder and should be recommended.
