摘　　要：针对兴隆庄选煤厂大块煤矸不能入洗、人工手选工作量大的生产现状,设计开发了SSC1000粗碎型齿辊破碎机,详细介绍了该机的结构、参数、关键技术及使用情况。该粗碎型齿辊破碎机设计合理、运行稳定、性能参数符合设计要求,满足了选煤厂技改的工艺要求,取得了较好的应用效果。Aiming at the production status that the large coal-gangue can't be washed and manual coal preparation is a heavy workload at Xinglongzhuang coal preparation plant,the design and development of SSC1O00 coarse-crushing toothed roll crusher was carried out.The structure,parameters, key technology and application of the machine were described in detail.The coarse-crushing toothed roll crusher has reasonable design and stable operation.Performance parameters meet design requirements.It meets the technical requirements of the coal processing plant and has achieved good application results.
