摘  要:模具结构和加载方式是影响锻件质量的重要因素,特别是轴类锻件,单向加载方式和双向加载方式对锻件成形质量影响较大。以某型号减速机主动齿轮轴的闭式模锻为研究对象,分别分析了单向加载方式和双向加载方式下的齿轮轴坯料流速分布情况、模具的载荷值变化规律以及模具型腔的填充情况,结果表明,双向加载方式所得的齿轮轴锻件质量优于单向加载方式。Mold structure and loading method are important factors affecting the quality of forgings. Especially for shaft forgings,unidirectional loading method and bidirectional loading method have great influence on the forming quality of forgings.The closed die forging of the drive gear shaft of a certain type of reducer is the research object analyzed the flow velocity distribution of the gear shaft blank,the load value of the mold and the filling of the mold cavity under the one-way loading mode and the two-way loading mode.The results show that the quality of the gear shaft forgings obtained by the bidirectional loading method is better than that of the single.Forging quality obtained by loading method.
