摘  要:以葡萄糖为底物,通过添加不同浓度负载纳米铁,探究其对厌氧发酵产甲烷的影响。选取5组不同投加量0,25,50,100,200 mg/L的负载纳米铁进行实验,通过对比累计甲烷产量,COD,氨氮,pH,得出最适纳米零价铁投加量。实验结果表明:投加量为50 mg/L时,累计产甲烷量最大为721 mL,比空白提高223 mL;此时COD去除率最大为95.32%。Using glucose as a substrate, the effect of anaerobic fermentation on methanogenesis was investigated by adding supported nano zero-valent iron at different concentrations. Five groups of different loadings of 0, 25, 50, 100, 200 mg/L of supported nano zero-valent iron were selected for experiments. By comparing the cumulative methane production, COD, ammonia nitrogen and pH, the optimal nano-zero-valent iron dosage was obtained. The experimental results show that when the dosage is 50 mg/L, the cumulative total methanogenesis is 721 mL, which is 223 mL higher than the blank;the COD removal rate is 95.32 %.
