八角茴香精馏釜底残液的分离纯化及鉴定

摘　　要：目的:对八角茴香精馏釜底残液中化学成分进行研究。方法:取八角茴香精馏釜底残液950 g,以环己烷-乙酸乙酯经硅胶柱梯度洗脱,再进行重结晶,根据NMR、MS、IR等波谱数据和旋光值等理化性质鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从八角茴香精馏釜底残液中分离了一个化合物,鉴定为3,6-二羟基-1-薄荷烯。Objective: Research on chemical composition of residue of star anise rectifying tank bottom.Methods: 950 g was taken from residue of star anise rectifying tank bottom, Gradiented elution through silica gel column with cyclohexane-Ethyl acetate mixed solution, Recrystallization, Identified the structure of the compound according to spectral data and optical rotation value of NMR, MS, IR, etc. Result: A compound that was identified as 3,6-two hydroxyl-1-menthene was isolated from the residue of star anise rectifying tank.
