制药企业搪玻璃反应釜检验中的常见问题及原因分析

摘　　要：搪玻璃反应釜作为一种反应压力容器广泛应用于化工企业中,制药企业有其区别于其他化工企业的特点。本文根据对制药企业中搪玻璃反应釜的检验实践,对其搪玻璃反应釜的缺陷情况进行了统计,对缺陷产生原因进行了分析,并给出了相关防范措施的建议。Glass-lined reactors are widely used in chemical enterprises as reaction pressure vessels. Pharmaceutical enterprises have their own characteristics which are different from other chemical enterprises.Based on the inspection practice of glass-lined reactors in pharmaceutical enterprises, the defects of glass-lined reactor are statistically analyzed, the causes of defects are analyzed, and the relevant preventive measures are given.
