摘 要:采用超滤振动膜技术对切削液废水进行处理,考察不同压力、温度、进水浓度等条件对膜通量和处理效果的影响。确定最佳运行条件:回收率为85%、温度60℃、压力0.5 MPa,在此条件下,COD去除率81%,油类去除率95%,SS去除率100%,实验表明振动膜可用于切削液废水的预处理。Cutting fluid wastewater was treated by using ultrafiltration vibration membrane technique, considering the membrane flux and treatment efficiency influences by different pressure, temperature and the influent concentration. The optimal operation conditions were as follows: recovery rate 85 %, temperature 60 ℃, pressure 0.5 MPa. In this condition, the COD removal was 81 % and the oil removal was 95 % as well as SS removal was 100 %. The experiment results showed Vibration Membrane could be used in the pre-treating process of cutting fluid wastewater.
