定心藤枝叶中倍半萜类化学成分研究

摘　　要：综合运用硅胶柱色谱、ODS柱色谱、SephadexLH-20凝胶柱色谱以及制备型HPLC等色谱分离技术,对茶茱萸科定心藤属植物定心藤Mappianthus iodoides枝叶中的化学成分进行系统研究。结合理化性质和多种现代波谱技术,并通过与文献进行对照,鉴定了从定心藤枝叶90%乙醇提取物的中分离得到6个化合物,分别鉴定为:4,5-dihydroblumenol A (1)、3-hydroxy-β-ionone (2)、vomifoliol acetate (3)、corchoionol C(4)、clovandiol (5)和β-eudesmolde (6)。所有化合物均为首次从定心藤属植物中分离得到。The chemical consituents from stems and leaves of Mappianthus iodoides were separated and purified by column chromatographies with silica gel, ODS, Sephadex LH-20 and Pre-HPLC. The structures of the isolated compounds were identified on the basis of physicochemical properties and spectroscopic analysis, as well as comparisons with the data in literature. Six compounds were isolated and elucidated as 4,5-dihydroblumenol A(1), 3-hydroxy-β-ionone(2), vomifoliol acetate(3), corchoionol C(4), clovandiol(5) and β-eudesmolde(6). All compounds were isolated from the genus Mappianthus for the first time.
