摘  要:以聚磷酸铵(APP)和成炭剂为阻燃剂,纳米氧化锌为协效剂制备玻纤增强无卤阻燃聚丙烯,研究了纳米氧化锌、连续长玻纤以及短切玻纤对复合材料阻燃性能以及力学性能的影响。结果表明纳米氧化锌能显著提高复合材料的阻燃性能,添加量在0.8wt%时,阻燃级别可以达到UL-94 V0,短切玻纤的阻燃性能和力学性能优于连续玻纤。Halogen-free flame retardant and glass-fiber reinforced polypropylene was prepared by ammonium polyphosphate, carbonforming agent and nano-zinc oxide. The effect of nano-zinc oxide, continuous glass fiber and chopped glass fiber on flame retardant and mechanical property was studied. The result shows that nano-zinc oxide can improve the flame retardance and mechanical property of the composite remarkably. When the additive amount of nano-zinc oxide is 0.8 wt%, the composite achieve a UL94 V-0 rating in vertical burning test. The flame retardance and mechanical property of chopped glass fiber was better than continuous glass fiber.
