摘 要:基于激光拉曼光谱对甘氨酸水溶液定量分析方法进行了研究。通过比较水和甘氨酸水溶液拉曼谱图之间的差异确定了甘氨酸拉曼特征峰。以水作为定量分析参比物,以甘氨酸水溶液拉曼光谱中甘氨酸与水的拉曼特征峰强度比作为甘氨酸水溶液浓度的关联参数,通过分析比较不同浓度甘氨酸水溶液拉曼谱图中甘氨酸与水的拉曼特征峰强度比的变化规律,确定了甘氨酸水溶液浓度与拉曼特征峰强度比之间的线性关系,建立了基于激光拉曼光谱的的甘氨酸水溶液定量分析方法。A Laser Raman spectroscopy based method for quantitative analysis of aqueous glycine solution was investigated. The characteristic Raman peak of glycine was determined by the difference of Raman spectrums between water and aqueous solution of glycine. Water was taken as the reference material for quantitative analysis, it is found that the ratio of Raman characteristic peak intensity of glycine to water increase as an increase in concentration of aqueous glycine solution, and the experimental results demonstrated that the concentraion of aqueous glycine solution has a linear relationship with the Raman characteristic peak intensity ratio of glycine to water. Subsequently, the quantitative analysis method for the concentration of aqueous glycine solution was established based on the linear relationship between the concentraion and the corressponding Raman spectrum.
