摘　　要：叙述了我国电泳涂料的发展特点及阴极电泳涂料标准建设的现状,对阴极电泳涂料标准建设所取得的成果进行了分析归纳。为支持涂料行业绿色制造体系的建立,绿色设计与评价的广泛应用,对制定和实施阴极电泳涂料绿色设计产品评价技术规范提出了思路与建议。In the paper, the development characteristics of electrodeposition coatings and the present status of standard construction are introduced for the cathodic electrodeposition coatings in China, and the achievements of standard construction which are analyzed and summarized for cathodic electrodeposition coatings. In order to support the establishment of green manufacturing system, the ideas and suggestions were put forward for formulating and implementing technical specifications for green design product evaluation of cathodic electrophoretic coatings to apply the green design and evaluation in coatings industry widely.
