摘　　要：提出了一套完整的适用于螺旋缠绕管式换热器相变流动工艺计算模型,并将所建模型应用于具体传热工艺计算。编写了缠绕管式换热器含相变流动工艺计算软件,介绍了软件设计思路特点并与手动计算方法设计的螺旋缠绕管式换热器进行了对比,两者工艺计算结果相吻合,设备运行安全可靠,完全满足工艺要求。A complete set of phase change flow calculation model for spirally wound tube exchanger is presented.The model is applied to the calculation of specific heat transfer process.A software for calculating phase change flow in spirally wound tube exchanger is developed.This paper introduces the characteristics of the software design and compares it with the spiral-woundheatexchanger designed by the manual calculation method,theresultsagreewell.The operation of the equipment is safe and reliable, and fully meets the technological requirements.
