摘 要:目的探讨氧化剂paraquat(PQ)对抗生素杀伤大肠杆菌BW25113作用的影响。方法 PQ预处理后,测定不同杀菌机制的抗生素的最小抑菌浓度(minimum inhibition concentration,MIC),确定PQ对不同抗生素抑菌活性的影响;测定抗生素在不同浓度和不同时间下对大肠杆菌BW25113快速杀伤实验,确定PQ对不同抗生素杀菌活性的影响。结果 PQ对不同杀菌机制抗生素的抑菌活性无显著影响(P> 0. 05),但可提高大肠杆菌BW25113在抗生素杀伤作用下的存活率。结论 PQ可拮抗不同杀菌机制的抗生素对大肠杆菌BW25113的杀伤作用。Objective To investigate the effect of PQ on killing E. coli BW25113 by different kinds of antibiotics. Methods After the pretreatment of PQ,the minimum inhibitory concentration( MIC) of antibiotics with different mechanisms were determined to confirm the effect of PQ on antibacterial activity of different antibiotics. The rapid killing of E. coli BW25113 by different kinds of antibiotics in different concentrations or at different times were performed to ensure the effect of PQ on bactericidal activity of different antibiotics. Results PQ had no significant effect on antibacterial activity of different antibiotics,but it increased the survival rate of E. coli BW25113 under the action of different antibiotics. Conclusion PQ antagonized the killing activity of different antibiotics on E. coli BW25113.
