摘 要:目的探讨RhD阳性献血者Rh表型(C、c、E、e)的分布情况。方法收集2017年5月至2018年5月北京市红十字血液中心无偿献血者血标本4 222例,采用Rh血型抗原检测卡检测患者Rh表型。结果 4 222例RhD阳性献血者的Rh抗原中,4种抗原阳性频率由高到低依次为e(91.57%)、C(87.92%)、c(57.25%)、E(48.63%)。共检测出8种Rh血型表型,按照抗原频率由高至低排序,依次为CCee、CcEe、Ccee、ccEE、ccEe、CCEe、CcEE、ccee。结论建立患者和献血者的Rh表型库,选用表型匹配的红细胞输注,可减少Rh抗体的产生,降低输血不良反应的发生率,减少交叉配血时间,保障输血安全。Objective To explore the distribution of RhD+ blood group(C, c, E, e) antigens in order to ensure clinical blood transfusion safety, and reduce blood transfusion reaction. Methods A total of 4 222 blood donors samples was detected by Rh blood group antigen test card which were preserved by Beijing Red Cross Blood Center from May 2017 to May 2018. Results In these 4 222 donors with RhD+ blood group, the positive rates of four antigens from high to low were e antigen(91.57%), C antigen(87.92%), c antigen(57.25%) and E antigen(48.63%). Eight kinds of Rh blood group phenotypes were detected, the CCee、CcEe、Ccee、ccEE、ccEe、ccEe、CCEe、CcEE and ccee were in turn of antigen frequencies from high to low. Conclusions Establishment of Rh phenotype database of patients and blood donors and blood transfusion with the same phenotype may reduce the production of Rh antibodies and the incidence rate of adverse reactions in patients with blood transfusion and reduce the blood cross matching time and promote the safety of blood transfusion.
