摘 要:针对某共享单车手柄产品注塑时脱模困难的问题,设计了一种一模两腔的注塑模具。该模具采用单分型面、两板模、冷流道、扇形侧浇口的结构方式。依据产品中不同特征的脱模需要,设计了3个不同类型的脱模机构来实现这些特征的脱模。采用斜导柱滑块机构来实现单向脱模需要特征的脱模;对于同侧面两个方向不同特征的脱模,在传统的弯销抽芯机构基础上进行了改进,采用延时顺序抽芯的方法,先后实现了两种异向特征的顺序脱模。该模具结构简单,脱模机构选择恰当,特别是弯销延时两向抽芯机构,机构设计合理,动作可靠,有一定的工程设计参考价值。In order to solve the demoulding problem presented during injection moulding of a sharing bicycle handle product, a set of injection mould with one mold and two cavities was designed. The structures of single split surface, two plate mold, cold runner and fan side gate were adopted in this mould. According to the needs of different features on the product, 3 different types of demoulding mechanism were designed to realize the demoulding of these characteristics. The slanting guide column slider mechanism was used to realize the demoulding of one way demoulding. Aiming at the demoulding of different characteristics in the two directions of the same side, it has been improved on the basis of the traditional bent pin core pulling mechanism. By using the time-delay sequential core pulling method, two kinds of sequential demoulding of different direction characteristics have been realized successively. The mould structure is simple, the demoulding mechanism is selected properly, especially the two direction core pulling mechanism with the time delay of the bending pin. The mechanism is reasonable and the action is reliable. It has some reference value for the engineering design.
