摘　　要：进入21世纪以来,随着食用菌国际贸易程度的不断加大,食用菌企业在国际贸易的过程中面临新的挑战,其中潜在着合同风险问题。通过分析食用菌企业在国际贸易过程中存在的合同风险,提出了法律防范措施,以促进我国食用菌国际贸易健康、科学发展。Since the beginning of the 21st century,with the increasing international trade of edible fungi,edible fungi enterprises are facing new challenges in the process of international trade,among which potential contract risks.By analyzing the contract risks of edible mushroom enterprises in the process of international trade,legal precaution measures were put forward to promote the healthy and scientific development of international trade of edible fungi in China.
