摘 要:设计一种用于金属转轴的侧置式感应供电系统,建立磁场耦合单元的有限元分析模型,分析互感耦合参数对系统传输功率和效率的影响,得到不同谐振拓扑结构下以最大传输功率为目标的最佳互感耦合参数,包括最佳的原副边线圈电感值及其比例等关系,以及金属转轴与磁芯间的距离。进一步地,分析通过磁屏蔽技术和改进原边线圈绕制方式来提高金属转轴感应供电系统能量传输效率的可行性。最后,通过试验验证该设计和分析方法的准确性和有效性。A side-mounted induction power supply system for metal rotating shaft is designed.The finite element analysis model of magnetic field coupling element is established,the influence of mutual inductance coupling parameters on the transmission power and efficiency of the system is analyzed.The optimal mutual inductance coupling parameters,which aim at maximum transmission power under different resonant topologies, are obtained,including the optimal inductance value and proportion of the primary and secondary coil,and the distance between the metal rotating shaft and the magnetic core.Furthermore,the feasibility of improving the energy transmission efficiency of metal shaft induction power supply system by using magnetic shielding technology and improving the coil winding of original side is further analyzed.Finally,the accuracy and validity of the design and analysis method are verified by experiments.
