摘 要:卷烟产品设计系统叶组配方管控技术对于产品设计质量有重要影响,传统的管控技术多采用人工管理的方式,管理过程主观性强,很容易出现漏洞,导致配置的配方管理不当,生产的卷烟产品质量不过关。基于自动化研究了一种新的叶组配方管控技术,阐述了管控技术的工作流程:首先对系统进行格式化,然后包装数据库并记录生产时间,最后判定生产是否完成;分析了叶组配方自动管控技术实现过程需要涉及的硬件设备;重点解释了配方内数据库的管控,对其描述、查询、管理以及维护功能进行了详细的介绍;概述了自动管控技术能够实现的功能。通过与传统人工管控法对比验证了自动管控技术的工作效果,由实验结果可知,人工管控技术管理下的产品合格率为70%,自动化技术管理下产品的合格率为100%。提出的卷烟产品设计系统自动管控技术能够高效管控卷烟产品叶组配方的生产过程,提高烟草产品质量。The design system of cigarette product design system has an important influence on the quality of the product design. The traditional management and control technology adopts the manual management method,the management process is subjective and the loopholes are easy to appear,which leads to the mismanagement of the configuration and the quality of the production of cigarette products. Based on automation,a new technology of control and control of leaf group formula is studied. The work flow of management and control technology is expounded. First,the system is formatted,then the database is packaged and production time is recorded,and the production is finished,and the hardware equipment that needs to be involved in the process of automatic control and control of the leaf group is analyzed.This paper explains the management and control of the database in the formula,and gives a detailed description of its description,query,management and maintenance functions,and summarizes the functions that can be realized by the automatic control and control technology. By comparing with the traditional artificial control method,the effect of automatic control and control technology is verified. According to the experimental results,the qualified rate of products under manual control technology management is 70 and that under automation technology management is 100. The automatic control technology of cigarette product design system studied in this paper can efficiently control the production process of tobacco leaf group formula and improve the quality of tobacco product.
