摘 要:针对ADS强流质子直线加速器注入器Ⅱ束诊系统对束流位置和剖面测量的要求,设计了可用于高真空的水冷精密双刀刮束器装置。依据束流特点设计了水冷装置,并对刮束板进行热分析。采用基于NI平台的伺服电机控制系统,实现了刮束器的精密运动控制。对刮束器进行现场测试,结果表明,该装置精度高,稳定性好,可完全满足设计要求。A high vacuum precise double knife scraper device with cooling structure was designed according to the requirements of beam diagnostics system for ADS injector Ⅱ.Firstly,the characteristic sand structure principle of the scraper device was described.Then,a cooling structure was designed by taking the beam characteristics into consideration and meanwhile,the thermo-mechanical coupling was analyzed in this paper.Furthermore,the precision indexes of the scraper were tested with a servo motor control system based on NI platform and closed loop control algorithm.The results show that the device has the advantages of high precision,good stability which can completely meet the design requirements.
