摘  要:在试气工艺中,放喷排液是一个至关重要的环节,直接影响试气效果及产气量。传统试气工艺存在环境安全风险,通过对传统和现有试气工艺存在问题进行分析,设计制造了气液两相分离集成装置。该装置主要由除砂器、气液分离器、防爆型储液罐3部分组成。实验表明,该装置节能效果良好,具有低能耗、低成本、环境友好、安全可靠等优点,推广应用价值较好。In the gas test process,open flow for discharge is a crucial link,which directly affects the gas test effect and gas production.The traditional gas test process has environmental safety risks.Through the analysis of the problems existing in the traditional and existing gas test processes,a gas-liquid two-phase separation integrated device was designed and manufactured.The device is mainly composed of a sand remover,a gas-liquid separator and an explosion-proof liquid storage tank.Experiments show that the device has good energy-saving effect,low energy consumption,low cost,environmental friendliness,with safety and reliability,and has good promotion and application value.
