摘  要:研究分析了苏里格大偏移距三维水平井施工难点及原因,如常规施工控制难度大、施工进度慢造成井壁浸泡时间长、岩屑携带困难。结合实钻情况并运用钻井相关软件针对施工难点对苏里格多轮丛式平台井不同偏移距(不大于50m,50~100m、100~200m、200~500m、500~700m)水平井轨道设计进行了优化,提出了相应措施,可以有效降低钻井风险,提高机械钻速。This paper analyzes the construction difficulties and causes of the three-dimensional horizontal well with large offset in the Sulige gas field,such as the difficulty of conventional construction control,slow construction schedule caused long immersion time of well-wall,difficult to carry debris,etc.Based on the actual drilling situation and using the drilling related software,the various offset (≤50m,50-100m,100-200m,200-500m,500-700m)horizontal wells of cluster-well platform in the Sulige Gasfield was optimized,and corresponding measures were proposed.They reduce the frictional resistance and torque,and effectively prevent drilling risks.
