摘  要:随着生产时间的不断延续,合水油田水平井开发区块生产过程中出现了严重的井筒结蜡现象,结蜡位置深,防治难度大。为保证油井正常生产,针对水平井的结蜡特点和影响结蜡的因素提出了一种保温油管与机械清蜡联作技术,通过保温油管保温生产来减缓井筒温度下降速度,实现井筒内结蜡井段上移,利用机械刮蜡装置清除井口附近管内残蜡,从而达到油井清防蜡的目的。同时对井筒温度场影响因素开展研究,为采取合理的工艺技术参数提供依据,提高井筒清防蜡效果,从理论上验证了该技术应用的可行性。With the continuous development of production time,the blocks developed with horizontal wells in Heshui Oilfield have experienced serious phenomenon of waxing in the wellbore during the production process,and the waxing position is deep,and is difficult to control.In order to ensure the normal production of oil wells,a combination technique of thermal insulation tubing and mechanical wax cleaning is proposed in view of the characteristics of wax formation in horizontal wells and the factors affecting wax formation.Through the heat preservation production of the heat-preservation oil tubing,the speed of the wellbore temperature drop is slowed down,and the well section of the wax formation in the wellborc is moved upward.The mechanical waxing device is used to remove the residual wax in the tube near the wellhead,thereby achieving the purpose ofoil well cleaning and wax prevention.At the same time,the research on the influencing factors of the temperature field of the wellbore is carried out,which provides a basis for adopting reasonable technical parameters and improves the anti-wax effect of the wellbore.The feasibility of the application of the technology is verified theoretically.
