摘 要:安塞油田每年产生含油污泥约8000m^3,处理难度大、费用高,且面临着巨大的安全环保压力。对大罐含油污泥成分进行了分析,通过分散剂、携带剂、交联剂优选,确定了KG-1污泥堵剂配方,并进行了室内性能评价,对施工参数和段塞进行了设计。现场应用表明,单井污油泥注入量由前期80m^3提高到480m^3。通过开展污油泥调剖,实现了清罐污油泥回收再利用,同时也改善注水井剖面矛盾,实现油井增产。The Ansai Oilfield produces about 8,000 m^3 of oily sludge per year.It is difficult and costly to deal with the oily sludge, and it faces enormous pressures of safety and environmental protection.The composition of the oily sludge in the large tank was analyzed,and the formulation of the KG-1 sludge plugging-agent was determined by the optimization of the dispersing agent,cartier agent and crosslinking agent.The indoor performance evaluation was carried out.Construction parameters and slugs were also designed.Field application shows that the amount of the individual well's oily sludge was increased from 80 cubic meters in the previous period to 480 cubic meters.Through the oily sludge profile control,the recovery and reuse of the oily sludge from the tank cleaning is realized,and the contradiction of the injectors'profiles is also improved.The production increase ofoil wells is realized.
