摘 要:针对低液量油井人工间抽操作人员劳动强度大、实时供排关系匹配性差、自启间抽无法保证安全和长时间停井存在卡泵风险的问题,对油井IPR曲线、泵抽性能和间抽制度之间的关系进行了研究。采用了“小间抽+小幅摇摆”间抽不停机运行模式,研发了一种低液量油井不停机密集间抽装置。2016—2017年,在5口井开展了现场试验,试验结果表明:产液量平稳,叠加示功图平均充满度达80%以上,系统效率由8.8%升至20.2%,有功节电率达50.7%。该技术对油井实现低成本运行、自动化间抽提供了一种技术思路。In view of problems such as the operators'heavy labor intensity of the manual intermittent pumping of low-volume oil wells,the poor matching of real-time supply and discharge relationship,the self-starting intermittent pumping cannot guarantee the safety,and the risk of jamming the pump in long-term shutdown of the well,the authors studied the relationship between IPR curves of the oil wells,intermittent pumping performance,and the intermittent pumping system.Adopting the "small intermittent pumping + small swing"intermittent pumping non-stop operation mode,a low-volume oil well non-stop dense intermittent pumping device was developed.In 2016-2017,field trials of this mode were conducted in five wells.The test results show that the liquid production volume of the oil well is stable;the average fullness of the superimposed indicator diagram is over 80%;the system efficiency is increased from 8.8%to 20.2%;the active power-saving rate is 50.7%.This technology provides a technical idea for realizing low-cost operation and automatic intermittent pumping of oil wells.
