摘 要:为解决安塞油田注水管线结垢问题,开展了高压气水脉冲除垢工艺可行性试验,研究影响清垢效果的主要因素并对主要施工参数进行优化。现场应用表明:高压气水脉冲除垢技术具有安全、环保、清垢范围广、清垢效果好的特点,在安塞油田具有较好的适用性。In order to solve the problem of scale formation of water injection pipelines in Ansai Oilfield,a feasibility test of high-pressure gas-water pulse descaling process was carried out.The main factors affecting the effect of scale removal were studied and the main construction parameters were optimized.The field application shows that the high-pressure gas-water pulse descaling technology has the characteristics of safety,environmental protection,wide range of descaling,and good descaling effect.It has good applicability in Ansai Oilfield.
