摘　　要：长水平段水平井可以有效扩大泄油面积,提高采收率。长庆油田陇东长7致密油藏主要采用水平井开发方式,以达到提高单井产量的目的。当水平井的水平段长度超过2500m时,位垂比会比较高,存在着水平段后期钻具摩阻大、接单根困难、钻头处难以有效传递钻压、钻具极易发生“自锁”、水平段下套管困难等问题。为安全、快速完成长水平段水平井钻进,通过采取优化钻具组合、优选PDC钻头、控制井眼轨迹等工艺措施,使用水力振荡器和漂浮接箍等新工具,安全顺利地完成了长水平段水平井钻井作业,最长水平段长度达到2740m,为致密油藏提高单井产量打下了基础。The long horizontal sections of horizontal wells can effectively expand the drainage area and improve oil recovery factor. The Chang7 oil reservoirs in the Longdong (Eastern Gansu)oilfield are mainly developed with horizontal wells to achieve the goal of increasing the individual well production.When the length of the horizontal section of the horizontal well exceeds 2500 meters, the horizontal displacement and the vertical depth ratio will be relatively high.There are problems such as a large frictional resistance of drilling tool in the horizontal section at the late stage,being difficult to make a connection and to effectively transmit the drilling pressure at the drill bit,and extremely easy to have "self-locking"of the drilling tool,and difficulty in casing in the horizontal section.In order to safely and quickly complete the drilling of long horizontal well sections,the long horizontal-section well drilling has been safely and smoothly completed by utilizing the new tools of hydraulic oscillators and floating couplings,and adopting measures such as optimizing drilling-tool combination,optimized PDC bits,and controlling wellbore trajectory.The longest horizontal section length reached 2,740 meters.Thus it lays the foundation for the improvement of individual well production in tight reservoirs.
