摘  要:针对油田现场抽油机井在用密封填料磨损情况严重、使用寿命短、更换频繁和员工劳动强度大的问题,采用纳米材料掺杂和化学改性技术对在用密封填料丁腈橡胶的材质和表面进行改性处理,以期增强密封填料的耐磨性。室内测试显示:在不同载荷条件下,改性丁腈橡胶的摩擦系数较之前减小了44%-67%,磨损量减少了59%以上,耐磨性显著增强。在密封填料更换频繁的3口油井进行试验,结果表明,密封填料使用寿命平均延长2倍以上。如在现场有效推广,可大幅度减少现场密封填料更换次数、更换费用和员工劳动强度。In view of the problems of serious wear of the seal packing of the pumping unit,short service life,frequent replacement and high labor intensity,the material and surface of the seal packing's nitrile rubber (butadiene-acrylonitrile rubber)were modified by nano-material doping and chemical modification technology,so as to enhance the abrasion resistance of the seal packing.Indoor test shows that under different load conditions,the friction coefficient of the modified nitrile rubber is reduced by 44%-67%,the wear amount is reduced by more than 59%,and the wear resistance is significantly enhanced.The test was carried out in three oil wells with frequent seal replacement.The results show that the service life of the seal box is extended by more than two times.If it is effectively promoted on site,it can greatly reduce the number of on-site seal packing replacement,the costs and the labor intensity.
