摘 要:姬塬油田采用多层系立体开发模式,叠合区块和多层合采普遍存在,场站配套不足,混层集输造成单井出油管线及下游站点结垢严重,部分站点结垢周期仅为1~3mon,给生产运行和安全环保风险管控造成较大困难。针对混层集输的问。题,开展站点系统改造、井组流向优化、分层卸油、无系统依托改拉油等多种措施,达到分层集输、分层处理、分层回注的目的,确保生产系统高效平稳运行。A multi-layered three-dimensional development model is adopted in Jiyuan Oilfield.The superimposed blocks and multi-layer commingled production are common.The supporting or coordinated stations are insufficient.The mixed-layer gathering and transportation causes serious scale-forming of the individual-well oil pipeline and downstream stations (for part of the sites,the scale-forming cycle is only 1-3 months).It has caused great difficulties in production operation and safety-environmental risk management.Aiming at the problem of mixed-layer gathering and transportation,various measures such as station system transformation,well-group flow direction optimization,stratified unloading oil,and changing to oil-tanker transportation without system support were carried out so as to achieve layered gathering,layering processing and layered reinjection,and to ensure efficient and smooth operation of the production system.
