摘　　要：分析GF线砂箱跑火的原因,找出原GF造型线圆销、圆套清扫机构存在问题,提出一种全新的圆套清扫机构,新清扫机构能在一定范围内围绕中心浮动,在机构升降过程中自动找正圆销、圆套,并通过旋转形式清扫圆销、圆套。This paper analyzes the causes of the running fire of GF Line sandbox, finds out the problems existing in the original GF styling line round pin and round sleeve cleaning mechanism, and finds forward a brand-new round set cleaning mechanism, the new cleaning mechanism can float around the center in a certain range, and automatically find the positive round pin and round sleeve in the process of mechanism lifting, And through the rotation of the form of cleaning round pins, round sleeve.
