摘　　要：目的了解3431名企业员工健康素养3个方面的水平并分析其影响因素,为改进企业人群健康素养促进工作提供科学依据。方法采用分层整群抽样方法 ,对河北省辖区内13家企业3431名员工进行问卷调查研究。结果 3431名企业员工的健康素养3个方面水平分别为:基本健康知识和理念素养52. 03%,健康生活方式与行为素养26. 00%,基本技能素养40. 25%。经多因素Logistic回归分析,文化程度、经济类型和行业类型是3431名企业员工健康素养3个方面水平的共同的主要影响因素。结论 3431名企业员工的基本健康知识和理念素养、健康生活方式与行为素养水平均略高于全国企业人群,基本技能素养水平略低于全国企业人群。Objective To understand the levels of health literacy and its influencing factors among 3431 enterprise employees, and to provide scientific suggestions for developing health literacy promotion in occupational population. Methods By using stratified cluster sampling method, a questionnaire survey was carried out among 3431 employees in 13 enterprises in Hebei province. Results The levels of three aspects of health literacy among 3431 employees were : basic health concept and knowledge 52. 03%, healthy lifestyle and behaviors 26. 00% and health related skills 40. 25%. Education level,economic type and industry were the main influencing factors of the three aspects of health literacy by multivariate logistic regression analysis. Conclusion Among three aspects of health literacy, the level of basic health concept and knowledge and the level of healthy lifestyle and behaviors were higher than the nation level slightly, while the level of health related skills were lower than the nation level slightly.
