摘　　要：伴随着全球化的深入发展,各个国家都在尝试着手参与国际事务,在国际社会上发出本国声音,为推进国际发展贡献力量。在全球治理中,除政府机关和企业之外,非政府组织也成为了全球治理中的重要主体之一。中国的非政府组织发展速度快,成果显著,但能走向国际、代表中国在国际上发声、表达国家诉求的却寥寥无几。推动中国非政府组织走向世界,更好地参与全球事务,融入到全球治理中,从而打造中国非政府组织的良好形象,成为当前中国非政府组织发展所面临的首要任务。通过对中国非政府组织参与全球治理所面临的阻碍进行分析,并据此提出解决的方案,从而为中国非政府组织实现国际化找寻出路。With the deep development of globalization,all countries are trying to take part in international affairs,send out their own voice in the international community and contribute to the promotion of international development,thus creating a concept of global governance.In global governance,not only the government and enterprises but also non-governmental organizations have become one of the important subjects in global governance.China’s non-governmental organizations have developed rapidly and achieved remarkable results,butfew of them can go to the world to represent China’s voice in the world and express the demands of China.Therefore,how to create an international image of Chinese non-governmental organizations by promoting Chinese non-governmental organizations to"go out",better participating in global affairsand integrating into global governance,has become an important task whichthe development of non-governmental organizations in Chinaare faced with.This paper,starting with the definition of non-governmental organizations and global governance,proposes solutions by analyzing the difficulties faced by Chinese non-governmental organizations in global governance,so as to put forward feasible suggestions for Chinese non-governmental organizations to"go out".
